Delete your Nexera AI account

Applies to: the Nexera AI mobile application ("the App"), an AI assistant that helps Microsoft Excel and Office users get accurate, context-aware answers and guidance, published by the 5M-Pro team.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Nexera AI account and the data associated with it. If you have any question, contact us at support@5m-pro.com.

How to request deletion

You have two ways to delete your account:

Option 1 — In the App (immediate). Open Nexera AI, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data right away.

Option 2 — Request form (if you can't sign in). Submit our account deletion request form. Enter the email address associated with your Nexera AI account. To protect your account, we verify ownership by email before deleting anything, and we complete the deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove individual data. Inside the App you can:

  • Delete question records: open History, tap to select one or more records, then tap the delete (trash) icon to remove them. Deleted questions are removed permanently.
  • Remove feedback: open an answer, tap the feedback button, and choose Remove feedback to retract a rating or comment you submitted.

These actions take effect immediately, are permanent, and do not delete your account.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account credentials and profile: email address, display name, and profile photo.
  • Your question history: every Excel question you asked and the answers returned.
  • Your feedback: any ratings or comments you submitted on answers.

Deletion is permanent and the data cannot be recovered.

What data is kept, and for how long

  • We do not retain your account or content after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with the law.
  • Questions you marked as temporary ("ghost mode") are automatically deleted about 24 hours after they are created, regardless of any deletion request.
  • Requests submitted through the form are completed within 30 days; in-app deletion is immediate.
